Shipping Policy

We ship to the US and Canada. Free shipping on orders over $40. A shipping fee applies to orders under $40. Simply add items to your cart and check out to see your shipping options based on your address.

Delivery Times:
United States: 5 - 10 business days
Canada: 3 - 7 business days

Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order (normally 48 hours). All weekend orders placed after 2pm Friday, will be shipped on Monday.

Tracking:
Every order includes full tracking visibility, though for select international destinations, tracking updates may conclude before final delivery—rest assured your package remains securely en route to its destination.

Customs and Taxes:
Flamewood Candles ships internationally with complete documentation, though local customs may apply import duties or taxes determined by your country's regulations—these fees remain the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your customs office for potential charges before ordering.

All order are packaged in recycled boxes, individual products are wrapped in recycled paper and voids are filled with recycled paper.
